Mark specialises in:

  • Leadership and Performance Management
  • Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Customer Service
  • Time Management
  • Presentation and Training Skills

Mark’s approach is to avoid over theorising - the emphasis of his workshops is on practicality. His workshops are highly interactive, and participants do not sit down for long. He encourages participants to share ideas and to reflect and review past experiences. These ideas are combined with established concepts and techniques, and participants are encouraged to develop and practice specific actions, which can be implemented when they return to the work environment.  Role-plays and practice are importance. Mark believes that participants should be able to immediately apply relevant tools and techniques they have learned.
