Margaret Devlin, Managing Partner

Your consultant

Margaret Devlin is a highly qualified consultant with over 30 years’ experience in Local and State Government. Margaret’s deep experience, including 10 years as a Councillor and Mayor of a large metropolitan Council, executive coach and mentor to Councillors, CEOs, executive, senior and frontline managers, provides her with a unique perspective of issues facing Councillors and executives in their interface with the organisation and the community.

Her formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts, Diploma of Education and a Post Graduate Diploma in Organisation Behaviour. In addition, she is an accredited administrator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI), Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI), Values in Action (VIAMe®), Spiral Dynamics Integral®, and a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Margaret’s dynamic style and her passion and commitment for Local Government drives her approach to support both elected officials and professional staff with respect to achieve outcomes. She has an enviable reputation in the sector for delivering results.
