Chosen as part of the Telstra Graduate Program, plus her experience in small and medium enterprises, Kiara has a broad range of experience and understanding of leadership, management and cultural change processes. She deeply appreciates the need for balance between strategy, people and process.
Working with government and large private companies has given Kiara a thorough understanding of the challenges managers face and the importance of fully engaged employees.
