The expectations of leadership are changing, and with them a major change in what it looks like
to be an effective leader. Those driven by positional power may be challenged
in the modern age – where technology has given rise to a connected community.
Not only do we now have access to information, we have a platform for a voice
and we want to use it.
leadership challenges your view of what leadership is, and how best to do it.
The influence and power of the ‘leader’ is giving way to the ‘follower’. What
does this mean and how do we adapt? Decentralised leadership, behaviour enabled
by environmental design and discussion leadership may become the new norm;
making way for new ideas, insights and practices to emerge from the whole team
– not just the leader.
Sharing our insights
In this Leadership League session, we'll be discussing and exploring the changing landscape of leadership: where we’ve come from,
where we are right now, and where we’re headed. You’ll receive a summary of
over ten leadership books highlighting the key pathways to disruptive
leadership for us to discuss.
