Facilitation
Facilitation means drawing out the ideas, experience and beliefs of a group so they arrive at their own conclusions and decisions for which they are willing and able to take responsibility. A facilitator is
therefore the person responsible for focusing a group's efforts towards its objectives.
Because the facilitator is visibly positioned in the group, this person has the ability to create bias either intentionally or unintentionally. Thus, the role of facilitator is to manage the meeting structure while remaining neutral regarding the meeting content.
We can provide you with a range of high-level, experienced facilitators to ensure you and your stakeholders achieve the outcomes you want. Our facilitators can work with large or small groups with any subject area or planning requirements.
Your organisation may gain value from professional facilitation in:
- Sales and marketing conferences
- Client or supplier partnering workshops
- Customer feedback forums
- Community consultation
- Strategic and business planning
- Executive management team meetings
- Team planning sessions
- Conferences, retreats and search weekends
